This place is so good it’s only open Wednesday through Saturday. Opening at 11 AM, they close when they SELL OUT. Their hours of operations pretty much speak for the place itself. When I go to Lubbock, this is the first place I’m going to go.

2. Taqueria Jalisco’s

Delicious Mexican food that’s reasonably priced. We ordered the sampler appetizer and my mouth was in mexi-can-heaven. Highly recommend the Fajitas.

Did you know that the famous Bahama Bucks Snow Cones shack started in Lubbock Texas? Now at over 111 locations Bahama Bucks serves know cones, smoothies, and shakes. You can find them all over the western United States.
